2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 74, 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the hand of informant with iron rod, causing fracture. Doctor has found the injury to be grievous.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17721 of 2025(2) dt.09-04-2025 2/2 the bail application and submitted that injury caused by this petitioner is grievous in nature.
