This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018 for offences under Sections 379, 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of theft of mobile, but, the petitioner petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been in custody for last four months and was apprehended merely on suspicion.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47004 of 2018(2) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the Judicial Railway Magistrate, Railway Court, Gaya.
