The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 25 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 353 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been contended that there is no truth behind the allegation made in the FIR and as a matter of fact, the parties have compromised the case outside the Court and a petition to this effect has been filed in the Court on 7th July, 2014. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of

No.36259 of 2014 (2) dt.01-04-2015 2 / 2 the case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, let the petitioners, above named, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 25 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
