Petitioner along with others were apprehended while preparing for commission of an offence and on search, apart from others, from the possession of petitioner a countrymade loaded pistol, two live cartridges were recovered. From para-3 of the petition, it is evident that petitioner has got criminal antecedent. Accordingly, at the present moment prayer for bail is rejected.
