Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 179 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged that his son Rambali Singh was found missing and subsequently was found dead and he has raised suspicion against the FIR named accused that they have killed his son by strangulation.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion and except suspicion there is no other material against the petitioner. One of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16645 of 2019(2) dt.29-03-2019 2/2 the similarly placed accused Shambhu Mushar has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 62474 if 2018 vide order dated 08.10.2018. Petitioner is stated to be having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 8.1.2019.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- X, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.
