JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 366A,370 and 371 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accused persons in absence of the informant, persuaded the wife of the informant and took the daughter of the informant for the purposes of marriage to Delhi. Subsequently, the daughter of the informant informed that she was being tortured then the present case has been lodged. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the thrust of accusation is against Md. Sajjad and petitioner no. 1 is only witness to the marriage of the informant's daughter.

Sajjad, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No. 110 of 2013 pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Naugachhia, Bhagalpur. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
