The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-b)A/26(2)/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, one country made pistol and one cartridge were recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 03-09-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. One country made pistol is said to have been recovered from petitioner No. 1 whereas one cartridge is recovered from petitioner No. 2. There

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15351 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 217 of 2019.
