2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of dowry death. Petitioner No.1 is mother-in-law and petitioner No.2 is father-in-law.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the affairs with the couple. Allegation is general and omnibus. As a matter of fact, the deceased died during treatment in presence of family members of informant. Thrust of accusation against husband who is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21636 of 2024(4) dt.09-07-2024 2/2 already in custody. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the informant and other family members also participated in the cremation. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 576 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
