JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For holding that the petitioner is entitled to be included in the Parishist-Kha of the panel which is being prepared for the purpose of regularization of services/ appointment as Class-4 employee on the basis of his seniority and number of days of work inasmuch the petitioner who has been working since 1992 to 1994 and 2001 till date and has performed 3921 number of work days has been placed at serial No.103 of Parishist-Ga

Patna High Court CWJC No.25124 of 2013(2) dt.06-07-2023 2/3 whereas a person who has been working since much after the petitioner and has worked only 3440 number of days, has been included at serial No. 48 of Parishist-Kha ie, in the list from which one is most likely to be appointed. (ii) For commanding the Respondents to include the name of the petitioner before serial No.48 of Parishist-Kha (second priority list) of the candidates for appointment to Class-4 post i.e. above Shri/Smt. Gayatri Devi who has been shown at serial No.48 even though he/she has worked much less than the petitioner.

(iii) For commanding the Respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Class4 post as has been done in respect to other candidates who were included in Parishist-Kha of the panel but due to wrong inclusion of the petitioner's name in the Parishist-Ga, he could not be considered for appointment and is waiting for his turn.

(iv) For commanding the Respondents to pay the petitioner the remuneration/ salary/ allowances etc.

Considering the nature of the reliefs sought for in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.25124 of 2013(2) dt.06-07-2023 3/3 present writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his subsisting grievance, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
