The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 314/2019, registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 354, 307, 337, 338 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal code.

Considering the nature of injury sustained by the injured, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like
