2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3 . As per prosecution case , 940.49 litres of foreign liquor was recovered from a room adjacent to the house of coaccused Jakir Hussain .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation . No incriminating materials has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Charge has already been framed vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21379 of 2025(3) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 25.06.2025 and he is in custody since 17.12.2024 . 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail of this petitioner.

6. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and circumstances of the case , let the petitioner as named above be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive special Judge Excise - Samastipur in Samastipur ( Muffasil ) Police Station Case No. 20 of 2024 and POCSO Case No. 437 of 2020.
