This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 126 of 2005, disclosing offences under Sections-341, 323, 436 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the First Information Report, it appears that dispute belonging to land between the accused persons and the informant, who are the agnates, is the reason behind the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24181 of 2016 (3) dt.19-07-2016 2/2 occurrence. It has been stated in paragraph 3 of the application that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupess Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 126 of 2005, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
