The petitioner is in custody in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 407 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 385, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/ 4 of Explosive Substances Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against this petitioner is that he along with other accused persons demanded Rangadari and broken the lights and damaged the generator by putting sand into it. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 48774 of 2018 vide order dated 01.08.2018, Cr. Misc. No. 56747 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16960 of 2019(2) dt.25-03-2019 2/2 2018 dated 04.09.2018, Cr. Misc. No. 69124 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 70132 of 2018 dated 26.10.2018 respectively. Considering the aforesaid, let, the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S.
