It is alleged that the daughter of the informant had been kidnapped by the petitioner and his family members. Attention is drawn to the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of Criminal Procedure Code wherein she has stated that she had gone out of her own sweet will to marry the petitioner and that she was major and the Court had assessed her age about 18 years.

Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of

No.21887 of 2016 (2) dt.23-05-2016 2/2 Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Bahadurpur PS Case No 28 of 2016 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
