JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-11-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "A. For issuance of a writ in the nature of a writ of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent authorities that they do not enter into the private premises of the petitioner without the authority of law, unless they are not required for any purpose by the law and order authorities.

B. For issuance of a writ in the nature of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents specially the Respondent No. 2 to ensure that petitioners' fundamental and legal rights are not infringed for no reason without any support of law."
