The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 188, 290, 120(B) of Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is recovery of 1218.3 litres foreign liquor from a Maniganchi belonging to the accused persons. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Since petitioner has three criminal antecedent of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to
