The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(i) For issuance of direction/ order to the respondent no. 1 to consider the petitioner on their work as skilled labourer under the N.T.P.C. Bhagalpur through the then Krishna Engineering Works.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11378 of 2015(2) dt.24-08-2023 2/2 (ii) To pay the following amount withhold by the respondent authority considering previous works _ (a) 09 years notice - 9,0000.00 (b) 08 months salary - 80,000.00 (c) P.F. amount of - Rs. 2,00,000.00 (d) S.I. of 9 years - 9,000.00 (e) Two years final of Rs. 20,100.00 (f) Another payment of Rs. 25 days. "

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of his grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted. 3.
