ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 20-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The present writ application has been filed for arresting the accused persons as well as to complete the investigation in relation to Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 158 of 2019, dated 03.11.2019, under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 379, 354, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The petitioner is directed to file a representation to the Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur, in the light of the order passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 (Surendra Singh Vrs. State of Bihar & Ors.) and analogous cases decided on 09.09.2022

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.257 of 2020(2) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 within four weeks from today and the Superintendent of Police shall consider the representation and take appropriate action. With this observation, this criminal writ petition is disposed off.
