The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(i)For issuance of a Direction/Directions/order/orders to the respondent authorities to consider the candidature of petitioner in the final list of selection of Ex-Army man as Kakshpal (Examination-2013) published on 21.05.2015 vide Memo No.1684/Aa Patna by the Secretary, Bihar Staf Selection Commission, Patna without the Roll No. 20110889 of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.9680 of 2015(3) dt.24-08-2023 2/3 erroneously or malafidely.

(ii)For direction/directions/order/orders to the respondents to confirm the selection of petitioner who has passed all eligibility test and lastly invited for submission of Creamy Layer Certificate on the counter of office of the Bihar State Staf Selection Commission, Patna in between 12-01-15 to 27.01.2015 which the petitioner submitted within time and got receipt thereof on 22.01.2015 from the same counter.

(iii) For direction/directions/order/orders to the respondents to stay the operation of Memo No. 1684/Aa. Patna dated 21.05.2015 till the insertion of Roll No.20110889 of the petitioner in the list and selection of the petitioner accordingly."

The learned counsel for the respondentBihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna seeks to file a counter affidavit, which is taken on record. 3.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition and submits that the grievance of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9680 of 2015(3) dt.24-08-2023 3/3 petitioner has already stood redressed subsequently.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
