The petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2018, in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 575 of 2017, for the offence registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 353, 427, 435 and 504 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, there is nothing on record to implicate the petitioner that he was involved in the offence and the name of the petitioner has been involved only on personal grudge and enmity between him and the informant.
Learned counsels for the petitioner also submits that similarly situated co-accused namely Rakesh Kumar has been
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45387 of 2018(2) dt.14-08-2018 2/2 granted anticipatory bail by coordinate Bench of this court in Cr. Misc. No. 13512 of 2018 vide order dated 09.04.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad, in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 575 of 2017.
