2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, assaulted informant and his family members as a result of which five persons sustained injuries. It is the specific case of the informant that this petitioner, along with co-accused Mukesh Tiwari, assaulted by means of Farsa and sword as a result of which some of them sustained grievous
