The petitioner seeks bail in Sahar P.S. Case No. 80 of 2017 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with his son is said to have arrived at the door of the informant and his son Shrawan Kumar Singh gunned down the husband and daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner does not happens to be assailant and no overt act has been attributed against him. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 19.06.2017.
