However, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Company is present. On the last occasion also, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Let this matter be listed along with Company Petition No. 5 of 1995 on 28th July, 2016. If on that date also, none appears on behalf of the petitioner, then this Court may consider for dismissal of the present Company petition for want of prosecution."

When the matter has been called out today, none appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this Company petition. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that for last several occasions nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner to press this Company petition.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid submissions and taking into consideration the order dated 14.07.2016, this Court has no option but to dismiss this Company petition. It is,
