Petitioner was granted privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with Deepnagar P. S. case no. 168/2008 till submission of the charge sheet vide order dated 05.10.2009 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 5198/2009.

Now, contention on behalf of the petitioner is that charge sheet has already been submitted and therefore, privilege of anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner may be confirmed till conclusion of the trial.

This petition stands disposed of with direction to petitioner to surrender before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif/ concerned court and seek regular

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39216 of 2014 (2) dt.05-01-2015 bail in connection with Deepnagar P.
