Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody since 11.12.2018 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant's motorcycle and mobile were robbed on 14.10.2018 leading to registration of the case against unknown. Subsequently, the petitioner's confession was recorded in Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 116 of 2018 under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a/35 of the Arms Act in which the petitioner has accepted his involvement in the present case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16749 of 2019(2) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 It is submitted that neither any recovery has been made from the petitioner nor he has been put on T.I. Parade till date. The investigation has already been concluded. Learned APP submits that the petitioner confessed his involvement in the present case.

Considering the fact that the investigation has already been concluded, the material on record does not suggest that the petitioner has been put on T.I. Parade, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Begusarai in connection with Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 115 of 2018.
