The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 472, 489(A)(C)(D)(E), 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, some counterfeit currency was recovered from possession of the accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 20-01-2020. His name transpired in this case on the basis of disclosure made by the co-accused, Guddu Kumar from whose possession, counterfeit notes of worth Rs. 7000/- were recovered. There is no recovery of any

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 09 of 2019.
