====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleges that on 08.04.2021, the petitioner along with three other accused persons variously armed came and started abusing and assaulting her, it is next alleged that on account of assault, the informant, Ramanand, Suraj and Neeraj suffered injury. It is further alleged that the accused persons also threatened to kill them and on intervention of the local people, the injured were saved and were taken to the hospital.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

No.19008 of 2022(2) dt.26-09-2022 2/2 petitioner is a person with clean antecedent, it is further submitted that petitioner and the informant are agnates, further the brother of the petitioner has lodged a case against the informant as would be evident from Annexure-2. Learned counsel next submits that the injuries suffered by the injured are simple in nature as would be evident from Annexure-3 to the anticipatory bail application.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 157 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
