2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singhaul (Singhoul) P.S. Case No. 178 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 111 of the BNS and under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B), 26(1), 26(2) and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, an Arms factory was found in the shop of one Rambabu Sharma.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has been implicated in this case merely because he is the father of Rambabu Sharma. He further submits that the petitioner is 65
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17807 of 2025(2) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 years old man and he is in custody since 8.12.2024.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Singhaul (Singhoul) P.S. Case No. 178 of 2024.
7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Singhaul(Singhoul) Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
