JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 22-11-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no objection to the matter being heard by the Division Bench. Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(1) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents authority to make payment of dues revised salary w.e.f. 1.3.78 to date of superanuation i.e. 30.9.1979 in the pay scale of 180-2-190-3-238-4-242.
(ii) For commanding the respondent to revise all the retiral benefit in pay scale of 180-2-190-3-238-4-242 1.e. pension Gratuity, Leave encashment in the light
Patna High Court CWJC No.15405 of 2014(2) dt.22-11-2022 2/2 of letter memo no.208 dated 31.1.1981 and pay the petitioner.
(iii) For Commanding the respondent to pay the amount of interest in every Count at market rate 1.6.15 % per annum (iv) For any other relief/reliefs as per petitioner may entitle too."
