The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the ex-gratia amount of Rs.4.50 lac, in lieu of the death of the father of the petitioner due to Covid-19 infection, has already stood paid during the interregnum period, hence the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner no longer wishes to press the present writ petition.
