The petitioners are in custody since 13.03.2018 in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 119 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 307, 302, 379 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners are named in the first information report, no specific role has been attributed to them and at best they can be treated as members of the Mob which had assembled to commit offence as has been alleged in the first information report. It is

No.46081 of 2018 (2) dt.16-08-2018 further submitted that the main allegation is against co-accused, namely, Ajay Keshari @ Nanki Keshri and Bhuwar Keshri @ Arun Keshsri and not against the present petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge- 1st Ara in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 119 of 2017.
