The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant and throwing the dead body in the river for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18906 of 2022(2) dt.20-09-2022 2/3 non-fulfillment of dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are brothers-in-law, sistersin-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and all were residing separately in the same village since long. It is further submitted that the F.I.R has been registered after four months of the occurence. It is further submitted that good sense has been prevailed between the parties.
Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, Hjipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 428 of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18906 of 2022(2) dt.20-09-2022 3/3 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
