The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 142 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act. The allegation against the petitioner is of causing firearm injury on his nephew Subodh Paswan. Informant is the next door neighbour and there is land dispute between the petitioner and the informant and nature of injury is simple. It has further been submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.08.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55958 of 2017 (3) dt.11-01-2018 2/2 circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria, in connection with Chautham P.S.
