The petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2018 in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No.135 of 2018, registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26(ii), 35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the possession of the petitioner, alive cartridge is alleged to have been recovered and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47078 of 2018 (2) dt.23-08-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No.135 of 2018.
