2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 76, 303(2), 352, 351(2) & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners, armed with sticks, iron rod and khanti, came and abused informant and on protest, they started assaulting him. Petitioner no. 2 (Rajeev Singh) assaulted informant with khanti, causing injury on his head. It is further alleged that when mother of informant came to save informant, she was also

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17692 of 2025(2) dt.09-04-2025 2/2 assaulted by accused persons. The accused persons also snatched gold ear-ring from informant's mother.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners and informant are next door neighbours and there is land dispute between them. The injury, allegedly caused by petitioner no. 2, is simple in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Lakho P.S. Case No. 179 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
