2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 322, 336(2), 338, 340(2), 61(2), 351(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

It is alleged that Ravindra Dixit (petitioner no. 2), under a conspiracy, created two sale-deeds of ancestral land of informant on the basis of forged and fabricated documents, one in favour of Smt. Guddi Devi and another in the name of Smt. Sunaina Devi (petitioner no. 1). It is further alleged that these petitioners and other co-accused also abused and assaulted informant and thereafter threatened him with dire consequences.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that dispute is with regard to sale and purchase of land, which is civil in nature. Informant has got some other remedy. As per F.I.R., date of occurrence is 26.07.2024, but present F.I.R. has been lodged on 14.12.2024, without there being any plausible explanation of delay.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for informant opposed the bail petition and submitted that petitioners are not the pattidars of informant and fraudulently sold the land of informant in favour of petitioner no. 1.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-Ist Class, Siwan, in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 347/2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
