Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 448, 504, 506, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are family members of the informant. For family dispute, allegation is that the petitioner and others attempted to outrage the modesty of the informant. They committed assault and theft.

Considering the nature of relationship and nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with
