The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 134 of 2020 lodged under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504, 307, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on merit, this Hon'ble Court vide order date 22.02.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29509 of 2020 has pleased to grant regular bail to the petitioner. But due to suppression made in the application, about his criminal antecedent, his bail bond has been cancelled by the Trial Court, which is apparent from the order dated 23.02.2022 passed by the Trial Court, in Sessions Trial No. 73 of 2020.

No.18517 of 2022(2) dt.14-07-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to lack of knowledge of pairvikar, the criminal history of the petitioner could not be mentioned in the earlier bail application. He further submits that for such wrong/mistake, he surrendered before the Court below on 24.01.2022, and since then he is in custody. He also submits that in future, such mistake shall never take place.
Learned A.P.P. submits that bail was granted earlier on merit but due to suppression, his bail bond was cancelled and for that he is in custody for last about 6 months. In the present facts and circumstances and submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Kaimur, Bhabhua (District Kaimur) or his successor Court (Learned ADJ - X, Kaimur at Bhabhua), in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 134 of 2020.
