Learned counsel for the University submits that in the writ petition the petitioner has not raised any personal grievance for redressal, but has only prayed for recovery of excess payment of salary received by Respondent No. 5 on the post of Steno-Typist and further that the Respondent No. 5 may be treated as Typist and not as Steno-Typist.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has not come to the Court for redressal of his grievance, as such, I do not find
