JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) 11-03-2019 This application is filed seeking leave to appropriately correct the registration number of the vehicle in question which reads as 'BR01CC-1440' in place of 'BR01CC-1410' . Learned counsel for the petitioner while admitting to the typographical error occurring in paragraph-1 of the writ petition, refers to the Certificate of Registration at Annexure-2 to submit that since the registration number was incorrectly mentioned in the writ petition itself and the same typographical error finds mentioned in the order also. He thus seeks

Patna High Court MJC No.941 of 2019(2) dt.11-03-2019 2/2 permission to correct the registration number of the vehicle as occurring in paragraph-1 and other places and consequentially seeks a modification in the order passed by this Court releasing the vehicle vide order passed on 7.2.2019.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and while allowing learned counsel for the petitioner to correct the registration number of the vehicle as occurring in paragraph-1 and other places in the writ petition in tune with the registration book at Annexure 2 to the writ petition during the course of the day, we modify our order dated 7.2.2019 in so far as registration number of the vehicle reading as 'BR01CC-1440' to read as 'BR01CC-1410' and shall be deemed to have been pronounced as such.

The application is allowed.
