The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 328, 341, 323, 382, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that some unknown miscreants snatched golden chain from the neck of the informant and took out Rs.8000/- from his pocket.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is alleged to be the driver of the car. No specific overt act is alleged against him. The main allegation is against the other co-accused.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. case No.487 of 2019.
