412/2022 (Annexure 22) for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent no.

1 to create a post / shadow post of Law Officer in the light of letter no. 1439 dated 04.05.2000 (Annexure - 8) in the Co-operative Department, Bihar, Patna and to post the petitioner against that sanction post of Law Officer as per previous negotiation as mentioned in para - 3 of this petition and Annexures5, 6 & 8 of this writ petition with the effect of acceptance dated 27.05.2000 of Annexure - 8 of this writ petition by the Hon'ble Patna High Court as well as in the light of letter dated 27.01.2022 issued by the Supreme Court of India (Annexure-19) and direction uploaded on the Supreme Court's website (Annexure-20)."
