Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(C),20(B)(ii)© and 29 of Narcotic Drugs And Psychotropic Substances Act. Allegation is recovery of 204 kg. of Ganja from a vehicle in which two persons including the petitioner was found sitting.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner has no concern with the alleged seized Ganja, as the same belongs to Naveen Jha and Sujeet Jha.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33136 of 2021(2) dt.08-10-2021 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also in view of the fact that there being recovery of huge quantity of Ganja, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
