This case has been filed for compliance of the order dated 5.12.2014 in CWJC No. 13797 of 2014 (Madhu Gupta Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.).

A supplementary show-cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 & 3. From paragraph nos.4, 5 & 6 thereof, it appears that the Department, vide letter no. 9262 dated 30.6.2016, has sanctioned the pension. It also appears that the leave encashment has also been sanctioned. In that view of the

Patna High Court MJC No.1346 of 2015 (6) dt.31-08-2016 matter, the State has complied the order of this Court. Though a necessary order has been issued but as per learned counsel for the petitioner, the amount has not gone to the account of the petitioner.

The State is directed to ensure that the amount be credited to the account of the petitioner without unnecessary delay preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
