Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sursand P. S. case no. 24/2016 registered under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners along with several others accused are named in the first information report with allegation that they as well as others badly assaulted the informant as well as his son by fist, slaps as well as bamboo. Informant died, later on, in course of his treatment. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I do not feel it proper to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with the above stated case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24857 of 2016 (2) dt.15-06-2016 stands rejected.
