The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 341, 342, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners and other accused persons is of assaulting upon the informant and his other family members.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20007 of 2022(2) dt.20-09-2022 2/2 that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and nature of injury is not mentioned in the impugned order. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial MagistrateIst Class, Supaul in connection with Balua Bazar P.S. Case No. 25 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
