The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 293 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the petitioner having kidnapped and confined the victim girl, whereafter the father and mother of the petitioner had come to the said place and had taken away the victim girl and handed over to her parents. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and in fact there is no allegation of any sexual harassment being meted out to the victim girl qua the petitioner herein. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IX, Saran at Chhapra in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 293 of 2018.
