The petitioner seeks bail in Parasbigh P.S. Case No. 86 of 2016 registered under Sections 337, 338, 279, 427, 353 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have fled away with a car despite signal of halting given by the police during the course of vehicle checking dashing the motorcycle and inflicting injury to S.P.O., Shailendra Kumar alias Mani on chase given by the informant and the aforesaid police personnel on the said motorcycle to him.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. The S.P.O., Shailendra

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54881 of 2017 (02) dt.15-12-2017 - 2 - Kumar alias Mani has not sustained any injury in the occurrence. As a matter of fact, the informant has sustained injury which is simple in nature. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 22.03.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No.86 of 2016.
