1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.1. That this is an application for issuance of a
Patna High Court CWJC No.4792 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/3 writ in the nature of Mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for commanding the respondent authorities for following reliefs/reliefs:- i. For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of Letter No.586/Establishment dated 02.05.2023 issued under the signature of District Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, whereby and whereunder the appointment of the petitioners denied in the light of Advertisement No.02/13-11 dated 24.10.2013 published by the Bhojpur Collectoriate for appointment on Class-IV Post the basis of working days/man days in the Bhojpur Collectoriate and its attached offices.
ii. For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for direction to the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioners for appointment on the post of Anusewak in the category of Class-IV Post in Bhojpur District in pursuant of Advertisement No.02/13-14 published by the Bhojpur Collectoriate, Ara for appointment on the post of Anusewak whereby and where under the respondent authorities ignoring the experience of the petitioners appointed the candidate having less experienced then the petitioners contrary to law and circular issued by the Govt. for appointment."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks
Patna High Court CWJC No.4792 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 3/3 liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
