The petitioners are aggrieved by order dated 03.03.2012 (Annexure-4) passed in Mutation Revision Case No. 82 of 2010/34 of 2011-12 by the respondent Additional Collector, Kaimur, Bhabua, whereby the aforesaid Mutation Revision application filed on behalf of the petitioners has been dismissed and the orders passed by the original authority as also the appellate authority have been affirmed.

In the considered opinion of this Court, against the orders impugned the petitioners have an alternative and efficacious remedy before the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in view of the provisions contained in Section 9 of The Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9862 of 2012 (4) dt.22-09-2015 2/2 In above view of the matter, the present writ petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioners to approach the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna for grant of appropriate relief (s) with respect to the lands under dispute.
